Official Sweepstakes Rules
1) No purchase necessary to enter the Simply Trendy Jewelry Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
2) Who Can Participate: Any legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older at the time of entry. You must have an online website business to enter. Only one registrant per email is accepted. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. Restrictions may apply depending on which state the contest is being ran out of.
3) Who Is Not Eligible To Participate: Employees and their immediate families (parents, brothers, sisters and children) of, subsidiaries and affiliated businesses and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.
4) How to Enter: To join Simply Trendy Jewelry Sweepstakes, take a minute to complete the Registration Form. Only one registration per email is accepted. Enter daily for a better chance to win.
5) Sweepstakes Dates: Simply Trendy Jewelry Sweepstakes begins on the date specified on each contest page. Some contest are ongoing, one time, weekly monthly etc. Please make sure to pay attention to each one's expiration date. Simply Trendy Jewelry sweepstakes may be continued in the year 2011 and beyond. There may be a carry-over of sweepstakes entries from one sweepstakes period to the next, if there is not at least 30 entries per Sweepstakes. Simply Trendy Jewelry may conclude the sweepstakes program at any time.
6) Prizes: The winner of each Sweepstakes will eligible to receive a Free Product . Each contest has it's very own rules that need to be followed by each individual entry. Please make sure to read all of the entry information for each contest before entering the contest.
7) Prize Drawings: Winners will be selected at random by Simply Trendy Jewelry based on entries obtained via our registration form. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will end by the end of that week or month and held by the 10th of the next month or within a couple days after the contest ends if it is a weekly contest..
8) Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via e-mail within 48 hours of the prize drawing. Winners will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained from the winner in 3 days, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. Simply Trendy Jewelry decisions about winners are final.
9) Limits of Liability: Simply Trendy Jewelry.Com has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Simply Trendy Jewelry does not guarantee top rank placement with any search engine company. Simply Trendy Jewelry.Com assumes no liability for lost or misdirected registration forms or survey submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. Simply Trendy Jewelry.Com reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes at any time if the Simply Trendy Jewelry.Com website is infected by a virus, the website is hacked or the integrity of the sweepstakes is compromised in any way. Simply Trendy Jewelry.Com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software, or for failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Simply Trendy Jewelry.Com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10) Change to Rules: These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each month that the sweepstakes is conducted. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules each month.
11. Winner Publicity: Simply Trendy Jewelry.Com may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide to show on www.electric-fence.com. However, Simply Trendy Jewelry.Com stands by its commitments of confidentiality related to winners identity.
12. Disputes: Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within Maryland; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Maryland or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Maryland.
13. Winners List: For a list of winners, please email us at: simplytrendyjewelry@yahoo.com . Requests received after one month following the drawing date will not be fulfilled. The winner will also be published online, by including the person's first name, last initial, city and state the person is from.
